How bad do you have to be to not get an offer?
I received a good final review but I'm still nervous as ****. Do SAs that dont get offers generally perform poorly? Is it a performance issue, fit issue, or other politics behind it?

The real question is how good do you have to be to receive an offer. When I was an SA, offer rates of 70%+ was common. Nowadays its more like 0-30%.
This x100. Getting an offer is a mixture of performance, luck and personality with performance probably being the least important.
