How bad is a gpa decrease for recruiting

Semester grades aren't out yet but I am assuming worst case scenario (which is very probable) I will end up with a 3.89 from a 3.95. I've networked across the board in the fall and I was wondering is this a bad look?

You're fine, just use 3.9 on your resume and continue networking/focusing on behaviorals & cultural q's.
