How big is the HK IBD market (in terms of personnel) ?
Hey guys,
Just out of curiosity, how big (in terms of number of people) is the investment banking industry for all banks in Hong Kong? By that, I mean front office professionals (i.e. analysts, associates, VP, Director, MD, etc)?
Obviously, on an absolute numbers basis, it is not even close to NYC or London. But can it be comparable to a regional office in US (i.e. Chicago) or Toronto in Canada?
