How can I better my resume and skill?

Hello guys, I have a couple questions in if I'm in the right path as we speak. I'm currently studying Economics and a minor in Analytics from a top 30 school not that it's "Great" but only have 1 internship doing PC for a summer. I'm trying to get into IB/FA and I'm aware it's very hard but would love some advice. I'm currently studying for my 63,65 as I have one semester left in college. My goal is to already attain these licenses so some firms won't have the hassle to "train" me for 3-6 months to pass the test and I can go straight into the 7. I'm aware the licenses are just like a DMV test so it really wont set you apart. I'm also studying for my CFA as we speak and currently 120 hours in out of the min 300(Logged). I was also wondering if taking a financial modeling course like FMVA would help? Any advice in skills, growth and anything would be wonderful, thanks guys.

You're spending a lot of time on studying and learning. That's great, but with one internship under your belt in your last year of college and some certifications/CFA won't be enough. You can study your ass off and pass them all with flying colors, but if you don't network it won't mean as much to the employers you're trying to impress.

Keep on going with your CFA studying and series exams, but portion some time networking. Connect with alumni, cold-email/call people, attend events. Get your name and face out there, and make it know who you are and what you want. Be curious, persistent, and authentic. Best of luck!
