How do I stand out when starting as a WFH analyst?

hello fellow apes.

looking for some advice about standing out at work as a new junior team member.

i'll be starting a new job in the not-so-far future, and i'm a bit concerned that WFH will make it difficult for me to dominate my peers. under normal circumstances, i'd use my my superior stature and rapier wit to intimate other juniors into submission, but i'm not sure how this can be achieved over zoom.

overall, i'm starting to get pretty worried that i'll have to actually be good at my job to get ahead in my career. the horror.

has anyone else been dealing with similar issue? any advice?
