How do vacations work in IB
Incoming full-time analyst wondering about my next break...When would it be appropriate to take a vacation? After being there a full year? Also what is the timeline for requesting the time off- is it better further in advance (which is when I like to plan and book trips) or is it better to ask off closer to the dates? What if a deal I'm on picks up right around my approved vacation time?
