How Do You Evaluate A Boutique?
When you encounter a boutique that you’ve never heard of, how do you evaluate it? Do you look at their past transactions? Senior bankers? Pedigree? Press coverage?
It seems like there are many great boutiques out there that I’m not familiar with. I want to know how to “evaluate” them.
