yeah that's what I figured. So if you don't hear back by the Monday after your superday, it's probably not a good sign?

 

As many Superdays as it takes to fill up their spots with quality people.

From my experience, most BB's have roughly 3-4. The best candidates are invited to the first one, and non targets usually have their own one in the middle or later in the process. The response rate varies by bank. Some take 1 day, and others correspond within the following week. If longer, you are on hold.
