How does having multiple superdays work?
Most BB's have multiple super days, but do they start giving out offers before they're done interviewing all the candidates?

Yes. GS accelerated superday kids had offers before Christmas, MS accelerated superday kids as well. Don't know about other firms.

yeah that's what I figured. So if you don't hear back by the Monday after your superday, it's probably not a good sign?
I was wondering the same. I had a Superday at a BB in Equity Research on Friday 2/4 and wondering if it is a bad sign that I have not heard back yet?
from my experience, if you don't get a call within a day of the superday, you are probably on hold this is not the case ALWAYS but usually it's true
How many superdays do BB's usually have? I have one on Wednesday (2/16) for Investment Management. Better yet, howmany candidates are usually at each one?
As many Superdays as it takes to fill up their spots with quality people.
From my experience, most BB's have roughly 3-4. The best candidates are invited to the first one, and non targets usually have their own one in the middle or later in the process. The response rate varies by bank. Some take 1 day, and others correspond within the following week. If longer, you are on hold.
