How hard is FT Recruiting out of GS/MS/JPM DCM/ECM to BB/EB Coverage?

Currently doing my summer at one of the above shops in a capital markets group and was interested in potentially ft recruiting to a coverage role at another bank (discovered the work just wasn't for me and was more interested in coverage/M&A and maybe PE down the line).

How hard would it be to potentially FT recruit to a coverage or even M&A role? Would love to hear any insight from people who have walked the path or seen others do it previously. Would the Big 3 brand name helps get looks?
