Curious how hard it would be to work in Japan? Currently working in banking and taking language classes in the U.S., curious if anyone has made the transition to banking/finance in Japan?

“It was great meeting John today and just chatting about the recruiting process in general. John seems very easygoing and is very willing to answer any questions about my resume and networking. He suggested that I send him my resume for review and he will provide feedback asynchronous and I appreciate that. I've heard tales of Nomura people jumping into japan from the states but they are very few and far between.
