How is the VP IBD lifestyle like these days?

We all know the cash comp is great but how is the lifestyle really? Everyone claims hours are good/better, but is the overall experience really good? I can imagine the stress being super high depending on group and I have a lot of friends in VP seats who are struggling tremendously by doing more higher level client dev. work while also still having to go into the weeds quiet regularly if the team does not deliver.

Do you think it will be more chill than PE?
