how long after a Final round for Off-cycle Internship?
Hey everyone, looking for some perspective on off-cycle intern recruiting timelines during late summer. I completed my final round for an off-cycle seat at a European BB in New York almost two weeks ago. When I checked in with HR a week post-interview, the recruiter replied stating they were 'still waiting to hear back from the team.' Given that it’s August is a 2+ week hold typical for off-cycle hires right now, or is this just standard delay language before a ding? Appreciate any insights
