How long after a superday until you hear from them?
Eg: If i had a superday Monday, when would I most likely hear back by?

I would say no later than Friday
My understanding is they generally have pretty much sorted out the decisions by that evening.
Mine happened 2 days after the Superday.
If you're a "first round pick", the next day.
Associates/VPs won't waste time to get who they want.

It depends. If it's a Weekday superday then you should hear by the next day. If it's a Friday super day you may not hear until Monday. Keep in mind bankers work 7 days a week but back office departments like HR don't do those same hours.
It depends on the bank and group. Generally, if they want you, you will hear back soon. I received an offer 1 hour after a Friday Afternoon Superday wrapped up. And I know this isn't atypical.
If you're a first round pick, you can even expect to get a callback later that day. I had my superday on a friday and got a call from a VP a few hours later with an offer.

it really depends on the bank/office/group. generally, it's within 1-7 days. but, for some reason, both my SA and FT offers took 1-2 months to get back to me. i wouldn't say you're dinged yet until it's official, but definitely follow up
