I see job posts on job boards that says: Entry Level Analyst Position, Requires 3-5 years of experience.
Normally, people are "analysts" for 2 or 3 years MAX and then they become an "Associate".
So, these companies on these job boards wants people who are "analysts" with 3-5 years of experience wants them to stay an "analyst" for 6+ years?
