Just a quick question. If I have someone pushing my resume around, how long should I wait before I follow up with that person or should I not follow up and wait for them to communicate back to me? I gave them my resume almost a month ago.

I'd definitely follow up after a month - as long as it's kind and not pressurising it is not going to do you any harm and will show that you are still interested and determined.

I would say every 2 weeks is a good amount. Once a week might work but any more than that is too much.
