How long should I wait for the 2nd round interview?
Hi all, I've recently had a first round of interview with Santander CIB. They got back to me after 2 weeks asking me to provide my CV and motivation letter to proceed to the second round. They told me that only shortlisted candidates will be invited to the second round of interview and they also said they will us know about the result by the end of next week. It has been about a week since I submitted my CV and motivation letter and I am yet to receive a response. Do you think it means a rejection?
