Just found out last week that our firm will be transitioning from 3 days in the office, two days remote to 4 days in the office, 1 day remote. A bit of a bummer, but we all knew this was coming eventually.
Curious what approach all the other banks are taking?

four — mon to thu. we’ve been going back since may-21 slowly ramping up to 4/wk. have been at four all year.
3 in 2 home. I think that’s the ideal balance.
