How Many Deals Could an Intern be Staffed on Over the Summer
Title says it all -Heard some interns got staffed on 10+ deals over the summer at a BB's top group. Is that even possible? Did they have an allowance for adderall expense?
Yeah you can get "staffed" on 10+ deals especially now because there are a lot of deals that were live but have gone into stasis due to covid. If you can build enough trust on 2 solid live deals you probably won't be sleeping much already.
If you're staffed on 10+ "deals" in a summer it's smaller tasks, deals that quickly died, and/or random projects - not 10 live deals for 10 weeks straight. FT analysts are only on 4-6 things at a time and they're rarely all live.
It means they aligned logos in PPT for appendix slides on ten separate deals
