How many invites versus actual hire for interns?
Anyone knows how many people are invited to first/second round and how many actually get hired? And how do these hiring cultures differ based on geographical regions(e.g. HK vs. NY)?

Depends entirely on the bank and its needs.....a relatively low percentage will be hired in the end if compared to first round (and even second round) interviews though....
Doesn't really matter. Just focus on doing well in the interview, not on things you can't control.
