So obviously internships help you get your first job, but how much do they help pad you’re resume afterwards? For example, say you worked as SA in ib then worked as a HF analyst after undergrad, and then were trying to lateral to a new job, would that SA experience help you as you have ib experience, or would a internship/SA not count as experience like a full time analyst?
