probably enough to call HR and help sway opinion.
In my experience anybody, even analysts, can recommend to HR that you get a phone screen and that can be quite effective. Obviously the higher up you go the more weight somebody's recommendation is (and if they have a good track record referring quality applicants), but at the end of the day unless you're pretty well connected if you blow it in the phone screen it doesn't matter.
