Not trolling - I feel like I’m always eating shit from my MDs in all sorts of ways. Never being clear on what they want, always changing their mind, ignoring emails then getting pissed, berating the team telling us we don’t know jack shit, that we are retarded, etc.
Tough to tell if this is just a bad culture issue or if it happens everywhere. So I ask the question - how much shit do you all eat from your MDs?

That's just a bad culture. MDs will always change their minds and ask for unnecessary work but verbal abuse is a different story lol
