how much time do yall waste on call scheduling

TLDR - I can’t do a poll so could people comment how long they waste scheduling calls across timezones and across multiple groups

I’ll pick one person to receive an Amazon gift card if I get enough comments! :)

ok so I’m trying to #1 prove a point to my staffer and #2 build a solution to this shitty problem

I feel like I spend 1 hour a week at least scheduling calls during peak dealflow period. Organising 5 groups of attendees with conflicting availabilities across 3 different timezones only for your MD to now be booked up in the original timeslot.

I’m trying to put in a framework on how to streamline this for my staffer and maybe build something to really help reduce this time wastage

Any thoughts or suggestions much appreciated!

I think on average 15-20 mins per call (sending email, checking calendar, one off chase), and I typically had to schedule 3-5 a week. So 1-1.5hr? Two major pain points 1) seniors’ calendars are not transparent 2) frequent change in schedule causing restarting the process.
