How skilled on day 1?
How ready were you with excel on day 1? Let’s say you work in lev fin and have to work on an LBO model. There’s no way your associate trusted you to input everything correctly the first month or two right?
Not in my group, didn't cross anyones mind to even let me touch a model for like 2 months.
I ran a model a week in but wasn’t live. Tbh IB models are veeeery basic
