How to answer the question "Which stock you would invest and why"

Hey Monkeys,

I am preparing interview for a BB and I found out, for the position, interviewer would always ask, for example, "Apple and Nordstorm, which company would you invest in and why?" the companies they asked are just random but normal.

I am bit curious if I were to be asked about a company I am not quite familiar with, what should I do.

Also, even if I do know the companies, what is the best way to break down the reasons that I choose specific company?
