I'm a senior about to begin a sales and trading job at a smaller firm. During recruitment, I got more interested in banking and particularly Rx and even made a few connections but ended up taking the trading job and now it's too late. Good school/decent GPA etc. How would I go about planning a long term transfer to Rx when my experience will basically have nothing to do with it?
