so i am a sophomore recruiting and i did not get an offer for my junior year summer. a lot of places have rejected me. most people say to not give up until like april or may, but im not sure how to go about that. who do i keep networking with? what other opportunties are there? is there a point to keep cold emailing firms that already rejected me?
