how to deal w/ staffer who exploits my speed by giving 5 decks to work while other analyst at same level don't get >2 decks

? pay is at the same level

the staffer doesn't have a life of his own at all. all seniors in my team are tired of him and haven't been able to open their mouth just because of their fear of losing their job - they can't go anywhere else easily because it is an I banking KPO. there's a joke on the floor that if some analyst is from their team then his/her life is ruined.

what to do in such cases? thoughts please?

how to politely tell him to have some common sense while picking up work - we are in one of the worst health situations of the decade for God's sake

sorry for the extra rants but need opinions on how to handle such managers/staffers
