How to deal w Superday rejection/waitlist?

had a superday may 31st... haven't heard back. For goldman gmd, I know this means rejection or waitlist. I just feel like sh*t. I know I don't deserve anything but how to mentally get over this and be better.

Forgot about it and move on is the best approach.

I had the same experience with a firm for an IB internship I really really wanted. It all worked out in the end though, but for weeks I would wake up and check my phone hoping that I got the phone call. Finally I realized I needed to accept it and move on and I became a lot happier.
