How to email generic/HR emails with no names for SA position?

A lot of these smaller boutiques mention internship opportunities, and if interested contact [email protected]. Who should you be addressing in these emails? To whom it may concern seems a bit played out.

Also- should I just send a quick background/I'm interested in your firm and opportunities email and attach my resume? How have people gone about applying to these types of places in the past?
