How to full time recruit
Context:
-I am an Incoming 2027 LMM IB Summer Anlayst
-Non-target school with decent alumni
-3.6 GPA
-Current 2026 LMM PE Summer Analyst
-Strong leadership and involvement
How do you do full time recruitment your junior to senior summer and make sure your current bank doesn't find out? I know a lot of people in the industry are connected. Is full time recruitment even worth it or should I only focus on getting the return offer.
Would love any advice you have on full time recruitment.
Do I even have a shot? How do most people do?
I am fairly confident I have a shot at the less prestigious BB or some UMM. Maybe in other cities that are not NYC, Chicago, SF, Charlotte. Ones with less competition such as Atlanta, Dallas, Cleveland.
