Just hit the desk a month ago and am staffed on way less than my other analysts. I am wondering if anyone has any advice on how to get more live staffings? Also wondering how I should go about aligning myself with a subvertical in my group, since I have noticed most analysts and associates largely work in 1 or maybe 2 subverticals. The ultimate goal is to exit banking, but unsure where exactly to.
