How to get my money up?

I started as an AN1 at a FoF. Looks like I'm getting paid 100k all in. Associates at my shop (2/3 YoE) make ~150k all in. While I am grateful for my gig I feel like we are slightly underpaid and I would like to make some real money. My role is like working at a uni endowment, I'm on the investment team.

I am thinking of recruiting for the following roles:

Sellside ER (have seen several exits to SS ER from my shop. Really like this as it would give the opp to work at a HF a couple years down the line). However have heard SS ER comp at the junior level isn't exactly anything to write home about.

Private Funds Group IB / Placement Agents. Have heard these guys make similar comp to IB and makes some sense given my background.

PE or M&A IB. Think this would be extremely difficult realistically speaking.

Can anyone provide guidance?
