How to make coffee chats enjoyable

This is coming from a student going through the recruiting process. I’m pretty good socially, and I don’t have a hard time talking to bankers. However, I feel like I could be doing more to make the calls more enjoyable for them. Since you all are so busy, I wouldn’t want to waste your time by peppering you with questions and would much rather have a quality conversation that we both enjoy. That’s just my perspective, but I would love to hear from some people on the other end of this: What makes coffee chats/phone calls with students worth it to you?

Genuine curiosity and not a rehearsed way to try to get me to refer them. It's not terribly hard to tell when a student is genuine in their interest vs not, even for my autistic ass
