How to negotiate fully remote from 1x/wk in office?

see title - been at portco for less than a year but have gotten nothing but good review. Our corpdev team is 3 people - the head of corp dev lives in another part of the country away from the HQ office, and me and the vp above me commute to HQ once per week.

My girlfriend is considering a job in another part of the country but she said she won't take it unless i can go fully remote - mainly because I instantly offerred to see if this was possible.

What do I ask my boss? how do I phrase it? anybody successfully negotiated this before?

Listen bro not everybody on this app is a 5’10 normie compensating for his lack of appeal via their career. The girls YOU can pull aint worth it, but that doesnt apply to everyone. Find God homie he’ll hook u up

This doesn’t answer your question, I have no clue about that, but if remote doesn’t work out then you could just take medium path of having her take the job, and then you fly commuting 1x a week. My dad did the same thing for 2-3 yrs, sucked but was right choice in hindsight

ur dad sounds like a bootlicker. I dont really care about the job i just need employment points for inheritance. I just want to know how to get remote without risking firing
