You’ll learn most of it on the job. I would revise LBOs, DCFs, accretions / dilutions , Comparables, precedents and perhaps follow a recently closed M&A deal and learn about the documents / processes involved. 

Every bank will have their own model template so it’s hard to prep for something you don’t know how the bank will conduct its M&A Modelling. 

 

Can’t hurt to refine your excel skills either.
