How to re-recruit for FT?

Headed to a mid-tier BB this summer in a solid group. I signed with them because they were the first to offer me and had a ton of alum pulling for me but a part of me wants to shoot a bit higher. Dealflow / exits are improving but not exactly consistent and would like to play it safe if I can swing it.

Still very excited and cognizant that I haven't even started the internship, but is there anything I should be aware of? Thanks in advance!

Always respect ambition but FT recruitment is like SA recruitment times 100 if you want to “play it safe” like you mentioned id just maximise your time there for a good exit rather than roll more dice
