I interviewed at a BB for what was supposed to be a final round but it turned out to be with only human resources people.
Is this unusual? I figure it must be since when I interviewed at other banks I did so with people that actually worked within the bank (got those offers)
What does it mean in terms of if/ how much the bank was interested in me at all (trying to figure out if I should to FT).
I think it might have had something to do with an exploding offer from a competitor, but still there were other students so it was a superday, just an HR-only one.
