There are literally 100s of videos in YT of people discussing the job. How didn’t u find those before finding this site?

It's too late, you needed to lock in in junior high.
Junior high? Hell nah I won the race in my dad's balls and then selected IB it's too late for you chimp, do check out roles at UBS they might be open.
Search for all of the junior bankers who fucking died from overwork. There will be more to come. You could literally fucking die doing banking. Do something meaningful with your life instead. Hope this helps!

Here’s the step by step plan:
1) Lose your v-card
2) Enroll into a decent university. Get drunk everyday and keep a good GPA
3) Sophomore year join an org and network. Intern somewhere
4) Junior year maybe pay attention more and secure SA
5) Get RO and enjoy ur last few days of not having dreams of excel tabs
Lost me at step one💀. Would somewhere like Boston College qualify as a decent university?
BC definitely has a presence, not as strong as the top programs but could easily get your way into IB. Just network/join right orgs and get internships
