Kinda know someone work at their HK unit. Seems quite good, making 100k/month hkd for 1st analyst.(just heard, cannot be 100% sure
HSBC's levfin group - pretty strong in HK and London, not so much in the US. Consistent deal flow in general given the massive balance sheet, good amount of lead left roles. As far as I know, haven't really lost too much money over the past year unlike a couple of the other major players. Comp is the same as the rest of the investment bank.
