I am setting myself up for failure forever? Non convertible summer
Sorry for the clickbait title
I'm joining a small credit HF that's decently well known for the summer, but there's no full-time conversion possible (1-2 people have returned as OCs, so that's the best-case scenario).
Will it be more challenging re- recruiting next year for London summers and OC's as a final year student (at a top target with a big4 m&a internship and some other very relevant experiences)

about a tenth of the AUM, but pretty much similar every other way
no it wont be difficult to get a summer next year with a big 4 M&A and credit HF summer if the name is well known. BBs take final years all the time
