I cant work from home. do i go to the office?

our bank says it is optional if we want to work from home but we will be isolated until further notice and not let in the office. i tried working from home today my macbook is terrible, very small screen, freezes all the time and very slow. i dont have space for a desktop. my seating at home is not comfortable and I got interrupted often. people make me paranoid from corona shit. i will have to go to the office, do you think it is dangerous? I am so anxious. i couldnt breath today. even m’y coworkers felt it over the phone
