I genuinely don't understand how students are already cooked for SA 2026
I am dating a girl who doesn't want to do IB like me and instead wants to go into wealth management.
She is currently a junior and wants to begin sending out apps this week. After sending out a few we decided to do research on whats going on only for for to see that firms are already concluding Superdays for 2026 SA roles with some applications opening in 2024.
I have gone through the process and know that means that maybe 99% of roles are already filled.
I know this is a competitive industry but this is genuinely ridiculous at this point. I interviewed in November for a role starting the following summer. interviewing 1 year and 3 months before is ridiculous
SA 2027 should happen even earlier lmao
