I just saw a non-target hardo lick a taint for an informational interview with Stephens

Not a troll, I wish it was. Go to a run of the mill state school in the bible belt and in a social fraternity. A select group of yankees that are in the frat all want to be Wolf of Wall Street acolytes. One of them, we'll call him Winston, leads the pack of wannabe hardos. He's a third year student who failed to secure an IB summer analyst gig. He even wears his hair slicked back like Gordon Gekko (great hair I must admit) and wears the two tone collar shirt to interviews / career days. Doesn't drink or smoke weed because it "kills off brain cells" but will stay up for 48 hours straight on stimulants. A manic episode waiting to happen. Anyways, he has been losing his shit because other good ole boys who try way less have managed to get middle-office, corporate banking or even IB roles for the summer / full-time (only ~3 kids in the 80 person fraternity snagged IB spots) and everyone is shitting on him. One of the seniors who did a SA gig at Stephens and is returning full-time has been ragging on him relentlessly. They always had beef because of the North / South rivalry thing. Anyways the incoming Stephens Analyst (Incoming Stephens Analyst is equivalent to MD at Blackstone for non-target hardos here) kept fucking with Winston and telling him he'll set up a informational interview with a Stephens Associate and Winston, if Winston licks his gooch and admits New England is soft and that Winston sucks at lacrosse (inside joke - "you don't even lax bro!") So all I know is I walked into the third floor (party room) of our frat house this morning and there's a crowd of yelling, laughing brothers. At first I thought two brothers were boxing until I realized Winston was literally licking a taint in front of half the fraternity....for an informational interview....at Stephens. He had on a a fucking two-tone Gordon Gekko shirt with his hair slicked back, just to lick a taint. WTF!!!!

My question is, is this some type of leading indicator that the market has peaked? Are we in a hiring market over-supply bubble? How does this happen in a well regulated labor market?
