This role is responsible for leading the service offering to clients invested in the Retirement and Retail classes of the Goldman Sachs Funds.

This position also acts as a liaison to the Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) Institutional Investment Center to integrate a comprehensive service strategy across all products and distribution channels within US Shareholder Services. Specific tasks include quarterbacking client service solutions within the organization, developing and monitoring service with third party vendors including managing risk and control issues associated with supporting the business.

This position requires a thorough understanding of a service environment from a transfer agency perspective. May participate in business development initiatives which could require an in-depth understanding of DST’s TRAC (Retirement) and TA2000 systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with Management and Service Representative’s to build long term successful & scalable service models.

• Provides ongoing feedback to the teams regarding quality service, training, and coaching in an effort to increase the effectiveness and consistency of service and relationship management.

• Cultivates a service environment targeted towards enhancing the client experience.

• Participates in procedure and policy reviews relevant to the GS Funds business.

• Facilitates communication to promote teamwork within the Client Service Groups (Goldman & vendors) and among various sales channels and other departments.

• Monitors and escalates service issues to ensure a high quality response to clients.

• Works closely with the Transfer Agency Management Team to develop and successfully execute firm initiatives.
