I stutter...

So for context, have this stuttering issue that becomes extremely prominent when I do  Hirevues. So far, I feel like that may be the reason that I don't do well on them despite having other good metrics (recruiting for SA 27). Just wanted to see if it's worth mentioning in the beginning so that it could help recruiters understand, or if it's a lost cause

I actually think a lighthearted joke about your stutter to start off would play well. Shows confidence, and an understanding.

In highschool a guy I knew was made fun of for his stutter. He is now at Harvard Law, so jokes on them

A stutter is not a problem, but in a first interaction somone could misinterpret it as nervousness/lack of confidence.

godspeed and goodluck

Do not let it effect your personality. Just own it, everybody knows it is not your fault. Mention it in the beginning in a joke-like confident manner and own it.
