I went on vacation for first time in a year and now I want to quit

I had 6 days off in a row (incl. weekends) after more than 1 year with no long breaks. I came back from my trip and now I realize I hate this job. It takes so much out of me and I can't keep doing it. Have you had anything similar? What other jobs with reasonable hours can I move to?

I felt that there is so much more to life and saw people having normal work lives. I am so tired and sick of my team my work everything

I'm not wise in any way but here's my advice. In 10 years, looking back on your younger years, will you be satisfied with the memories you've made, people you've met, places you've gone? If the only memories are going to be of the office and the rat race of life, maybe it's time to look for new opportunities.
