i5 v i7 processor
Title says it all. Is the i7 worth the price compared to i5? I normally operate under “if you’re going to spend the money, spend and get the best.”

Depends on the type of i5 and i7. A lower end i7 is worse than a powerful i5, and IIRC correctly, the main difference is that the i7 has hyperthreading
