Base is the same at analysts and associate level. bonus is roughly same as coverage at this same too
Comp is relatively less compared to coverage from VP onwards
**also keep in mind that you will work more in coverage (I’ve worked in both)
Thanks for the clarification! When speaking of VP & D being “relatively less”, if you could estimate that as a % cut what would it be out of curiosity? 20% less? Curious on specific numbers as you have experience

At my bank it’s 110/125/150. Bonuses not sure yet for this year, haven’t been told numbers yet
