Okay, so basically, if you work in an industry group, lets say, health care, and there is a new pharm company looking to issue both equity and debt to finance operations. You would be doing all of the industry specific research and dealing with the company before they ever talk to the leveraged finance or cap markets guys who are the product groups. The product here is the debt or equity. You basically would then work with the respective product groups to achieve the company's desired goals. I want to get into an industry group, because then you get experience working with all of the product groups.
